Reasons why the Register Now button may not be showing

1. If your Auction Open date is in the past. Or your Open Auction Early setting is turned to Yes. Editable under Software Settings > Landing Page Content > Login/Register Area.

• When your auction is open, we remove the Register Now button and replace it with the welcome section shown below.
• When an unregistered bidder enters their phone or email in the content box, they are taken to the registration form.
• When a registered bidder enteres their information in the content box, they are taken to the bidding site.

2. If you do not have any items in your auction and your Auction is Open.

• Since there are no items to preview, the bidders cannot sign in and bid so we turn off this option, see image below.
• To show the Register Now button, you can turn off your auction under Software Settings > Landing Page Content > Login/Register Area > Open Auction Early - No.
• If your open date is in the past, either reach out to your Account Manager by going to Training/Support > Request Support, or add an item to your auction under Items > Manage Items, Add Item.

3. Your Register Now button is turned off. Change these feature settings under Software Settings > Auction Settings > Bidder Settings "Allow Bidder Registration".
