-
This campaign must be an active Event Campaign or Registration w/ Fundraising campaign.
â Step 3: Auto-Import Attendees as Bidders
Once the campaign is connected:
-
Every 10 minutes, ClickBid checks for new ticket purchases and creates bidders automatically.
-
Bidders are not notified when they are created.
If a ticket purchaser did not originate from Classy (e.g. added manually or via the landing page), you can still link them later under Integrations > Bidders Not in Classy.
đ Manually Export Non-Classy Bidders
-
Go to Integrations > Bidders Not in Classy.
-
Check the box next to each bidder to link them to a Supporter ID.
-
Or click Send to Classy to create a new supporter.

đľ Export Paid Sales to Classy
-
Once a bidder pays, the transaction appears under Integrations > Classy > Export Sales.
-
Check boxes for each sale or select all using the header box.
-
Click Export to Classy.
-
An email confirmation will be sent to all admin email addresses on file.
-
In Classy, go to Reports > Transactions to view the exported donations.
Details:
-
Each item is sent as a separate offline donation.
-
Exported items will disappear from the Export Sales tab after being sent.
The item type (e.g. auction, raffle) is not includedâonly the item name/number will display in Classy.

In Classy, set up custom questions.
-
In ClickBid, go to Integrations > Classy > Data Mapping.
-
Choose where to send data for Linked Attendees or Exported Sales.
ClickBid does not import responses to Classy questionsâthis only sends data from ClickBid to Classy.
