🛠 Step 1: Create a Bidder Tag

Go to Bidders > Manage Bidders

Scroll down to the Custom Tags section

Type your new tag (e.g., Class of 2000, Table 5, Team Green) and click to create it
👥 Step 2: Assign Tags to Bidders

Scroll back up and select the bidders you want to assign the tag to

Scroll down to Batch Update

Select Assign Custom Tag, choose your new tag, and click Update
🧠 Info: You can assign the same tag to multiple bidders at once using this batch update method.
💸 Step 3: Set Up the Cash Donation Item

Go to Items > Manage Items

Click on your Cash Donation item (or create one if needed)

Click Projected Display Settings

Set the Animation Theme to Competitive Totals By Bidder Tag
🎨 Step 4: Customize Your Appeal Display

Under Available Bidder Tags, select the tags you want to display

Assign each tag a Display Name (this is what shows on-screen during your appeal)
Example:

Display Name:
Class of 2000
📺 Step 5: Launch Your Appeal Screen

Click the Appeal Display Share Link to open your live display

You’ll now see each tag and their real-time donation totals to the selected donation item
