đź’¸ Double the Donation Integration

Double the Donation helps nonprofits raise more money by making it easy for donors to see if their employers will match their donations. When integrated with ClickBid, 360MatchPro (Double the Donation’s automated platform) can track matches, automate follow-ups, and increase overall gift revenue — all with minimal effort from your team.

⚙️ How to Set Up the Integration

  1. Go to Integrations > Dashboard in your admin.

  2. Find the Double the Donation 360MatchPro card and click Connect.

  3. Enter your Public Key and Private Key when prompted.

  4. Don’t have an account yet? Click the link that says Click here to get in touch with Double the Donation and fill out the form to request access.

  5. After connecting, go to Software Settings > Auction Settings > Payment.

  6. Set Show Double the Donation at bidder checkout to Yes.

    To disable this feature, simply select No.

🧾 What Donors See During Checkout

When a donor makes a gift on your auction or donation site, they’ll see:

  • A message: "See if your company will match your donation!"

  • A search box to type in their employer’s name.

Once they submit their company and payment:

  • A page appears with employer matching details:

    • Match amount

    • Eligibility

    • Two action buttons:

      • GO TO MATCHING GIFT FORM – Links to the employer’s form page.

      • SHOW PROGRAM DETAILS – Links to employer’s match policy page.

✅ Missed the Prompt? Don’t Worry!

If a donor skips the employer search at checkout, they’ll see another opportunity immediately after submitting their donation to check their company’s match program.

You must have a 360MatchPro account for this feature to work with ClickBid.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • You cannot integrate without a 360MatchPro license — contact Double the Donation to obtain one.

  • Only works for donations, not ticket purchases or other transaction types.

  • Donor credit card info is not shared with Double the Donation — only matching eligibility info.
