📊 Where to Find Winning Bidder Info
To see who won which items in your auction, go to:

Reports > Event Sales

Reports > Sales Data
This section will show each item and who it was won by depending on the item type.
The "Won By" column identifies how the item was awarded or purchased.
📋 Understanding the "Won By" Column
Each item type is treated slightly differently when it comes to reporting a winning bidder. Here's what you’ll see:

| Silent | Top Bid |
| Silent (Buy Now) | Buy Now |
| Donation | Donation |
| Quantity | Qty (Quantity purchased) |
| Live | Live |
| Blind | Top Bid |
| Credit | (Blank Cell) |
| Info | (Blank Cell) |
If a cell is blank, it usually means the item type does not require a winner (such as Credit or Info items).

Use Reports > Event Sales or Sales Data to find who won each item.

Donation, Live, and Quantity items will display their method of sale.

Credit and Info items won’t show anything in the “Won By” column because they are not competitive items.
