📺 What is the Live Auction Item Display? (Leader Board)
The Live Auction Item Display allows you to showcase each live auction item on a big screen during your event. As your auctioneer calls out the items, you can manually control the display to highlight each item, helping bidders follow along easily.
This tool keeps your event organized and encourages competitive bidding!
⚙️ How to Set Up and Display Live Auction Items
Follow these steps to set up and launch your Live Auction Display:

In the Admin Menu, click Event Central.

Select Leaderboard.

In the Display dropdown, choose All Live Items.

Adjust the display settings to match your event needs:

In Looping Time: Select Manual <> Keys to manually control the display.

Display Style: Choose One Item at a time.

Colors: Customize your background and font colors to match your event branding.

Auction Total: Decide if you'd like the Auction Total to display on the screen.

Single Item Display Settings: Adjust the layout.

If item descriptions are long, we recommend keeping the display simple for readability.

Click Launch Leaderboard to start displaying items.

To view in fullscreen, press F11 on your keyboard.
⌨️ How to Control the Display During the Auction
Once your leaderboard is launched:

Use the right arrow key on your keyboard to manually scroll through the items in the order your auctioneer is calling them.
Assign a volunteer to write down each winning bidder and the winning amount during the auction. Afterward, enter the results in Event Central > Butler > Add A Bid.
