🎟️ How to Mark Tickets or Sponsorships as Sold Out in ClickBid
Need to remove a ticket or sponsorship from public view after it’s been sold out or closed? Follow these quick steps to update your event ticketing page in ClickBid.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to your Admin Dashboard

Click Event Tickets from the left menu.

Click Modify Tickets.
4. Find the ticket or sponsor type you want to update.
5. Choose how you'd like to remove the option:

Set Mark as Sold Out to Yes, or
-
Set Visible? to No
✅ Either option will remove the ticket from public view.
5. (Optional) Add a custom Sold Out Message
This will display in place of the purchase button so guests know why it's unavailable.
Preview the change by going to:
Event Tickets > Launch Ticket Page

Once a ticket has been purchased, it’s important to preserve the record for accurate reporting and guest management.
-Do not rename tickets after a purchase!
