⏳ Do Tickets Get Held During Purchase?
No. ClickBid does not reserve tickets while a user is in the process of purchasing them.
Tickets are only secured after the buyer clicks the Submit button.
⚠️ Warning: If two users are trying to buy the same ticket and one delays submission, they may lose the ticket to someone who submits faster.
🧪 Example Scenario:
-
10 tickets are available
-
Lisa selects 10 tickets but walks away before clicking Submit
-
Erin selects 2 tickets and completes her purchase
-
Lisa returns, clicks Submit, and sees a message saying only 8 tickets are available
-
Lisa is redirected to the ticket page because her original request can't be fulfilled
