🔁 How to Update Bidder Table and Company Info in ClickBid

Need to assign tables or add company names for your bidders? ClickBid makes it easy to update this information in bulk — no need to edit each bidder one at a time. This guide will walk you through how to do it quickly using the Update Bidders feature.


⚙️ Accessing the Update Bidders Tool

  1. From your admin dashboard, click Bidders.

  2. Select Update Bidders from the dropdown.

  3. Click the Download button to get a template of your current bidders.

📝 Editing the Template

  1. Open the downloaded file and find the columns labeled Company and Table.

  2. Enter or edit the Company and/or Table Name for each applicable bidder.

  3. Save your changes to the file.

Only the Company and Table fields can be updated using this feature.


➕ Uploading the Updated File

  1. Go back to the Update Bidders screen.

  2. Drag and drop your updated file into the Drop files to upload area.

✅ Once uploaded successfully, your changes will appear on the Bidders > Manage Bidders page.


⚠️ Important Limitations

  • You cannot update bidder numbers, contact details (name, phone, email), or tags using this feature.

  • If you need to update those details, use the Manage Bidders screen or make edits directly within the system.

Uploading an incorrect file format or editing fields other than Table or Company may cause your upload to fail or not reflect changes.
