The Legacy ClickBid platform will remain available through December 31, 2025. If your event is using this version, here’s how to access and navigate it.

🔐 Logging In to Bid

Go to your organization’s event landing page. 
- 
Enter your phone number or email and tap GO. 
- 
Check for your one-time login code by email or text. 
- 
Enter the code and tap Next. 
- 
Confirm your name and click Continue. 
- 
Codes expire after 15 minutes. 
⚠️ Warning: If the code doesn’t arrive, check spam or request it via a different method.
🎟️ Browsing and Bidding on Items

Search items by number, keyword, or category.

Tap Bid/Info to: - 
Place a fast bid

Enter a custom bid

Set a max bid

Max bids auto-increase your bid until your max is reached. 
ℹ️Text alerts notify you when you’ve been outbid.
👤 Tracking Your Items

Go to MENU > MY ITEMS to see all your bidding activity. 
- 
Tap the gear icon (top left) to update your info. 
💳 Paying from Your Phone
- 
After the auction ends, a red Pay! button will appear if you’ve won something. 
- 
Tap the button to check out securely with a credit card. 
- 
If needed, add your card during checkout. 
💡Wait until all auction segments have closed before checking out for a single transaction.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I undo a bid?
Yes — tap Undo right after bidding. If that disappears, ask an event volunteer for help.
How do I start getting text alerts again?
Text START to 56651 to re-enable alerts.
What’s the process for setting a max bid?
Tap Bid/Info, then choose Bid/Set Max, select your amount, and hit Set Max.
How do I know what I won?
Check under MENU > MY ITEMS after the auction closes.
⚠️ Some mobile carriers may block SMS login codes. If you're not receiving texts, use the email option or contact your provider.
