🔁 How to Push Closing Times in ClickBid

Need to keep the bidding going a little longer? The Push Closing Times feature lets you quickly extend the auction end time on all items that haven’t closed yet. It’s a simple way to give your guests more time to place those final, competitive bids.

⚙️ Where to Find the Push Closing Tool

  1. Go to Event Central in your admin dashboard.

  2. Click Push Closing Times.

You’ll land on a page that allows you to extend the closing time for any open auction items.

ℹ️Info: This only affects items that haven’t closed yet. Closed items will not be updated.

⏱️ How to Extend Item Closing Times Once Items have Closed

  1. Click the dropdown menu to select how many minutes you'd like to push the closing time.

    • You can choose anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes.

  2. Click Yes to confirm the change.

Once confirmed, the new closing times will instantly update in the Manage Items page and will be reflected for your bidders.

💡Tip: It’s a good idea to notify your bidders if you extend the auction. Use Mass Messaging, a welcome text, or a quick announcement to keep your audience engaged.
