Did a donor start a Text-to-Give donation but not finish? No problem — you can resend a text reminder to help them complete their gift, and manage these entries from your ClickBid admin panel.
📱 How to Resend a Text for Incomplete Donations
If a donor began the donation process but didn’t complete it, follow these steps to send a reminder:

Go to Donations/Text-to-Give > Manage Donations

Click the Resend Text button

Confirm by clicking OK
💬 What the Donor Receives:
The donor gets a text with a link that brings them back to the donation form. They’ll be asked to enter their address and credit card to complete the donation.

Preset donation amounts

The Donations total includes Text-to-Give

The TTG section shows only the donation amount (no CC fees)

Software Settings > Event Settings > Event Support Contact
❌ How to Manage Incomplete Donations Without a Phone Number
If an incomplete donation is missing a phone number, the donor exited the form before entering their contact info. These donations:

Do not count toward totals
-
Cannot be followed up on
-
Can be deleted using the Remove button
⚠️ Warning: There's no way to recover or contact these donors without a phone number.
