📱 Text to Give Process for a Donor

Make it easy for your supporters to donate on the go! This guide walks through all the ways donors can access your Text to Give donation form—from texting a keyword, using a landing page, or scanning a QR code.

📲 Option 1: Texting a Keyword

This is the simplest way for donors to access your donation form.

✅ Steps for Donors:

  1. Text your custom keyword to 855-800-4975

    • Example: Text donor to 855-800-4975.

  2. If Text to Register is not enabled, donors will receive a message prompting them to reply with their donation amount.

    • Example reply: 250

  1. After replying, they’ll receive a link to your Text to Give donation page.

  1. Donor clicks the link and fills out:

    1. Their donor profile

    2. Payment information

🌐 Option 2: Donating from the Landing Page

You can direct donors to your Landing Page, which includes a Donate button if enabled.

🧭 Steps for Donors:

  1. Ask the donor to visit your Landing Page using the link found under the Important Links section of your Home Page

    • This brings them to your organization's main Landing Page.

  2. Once there, donors click the Donate button in the navigation bar.

Go to: Items > Manage Items make sure your donation item has the "Make this my Online Donation/Text to give Item"
