The Totals by Tag report helps you see how much was raised based on tags you’ve applied to bidders or items. It’s especially helpful for peer-to-peer fundraising or when tracking donations to different causes or groups.
⚙️ How to Access the Report

Go to Reports in your admin menu.

Click Totals by Tag from the bottom of the list.
📝 Set Up Your Report Filters
Before generating your report, choose the filters you want to apply:

Select a Tag Type:

From the dropdown, choose Item or Bidder tags

Select a Date Range (optional).

Choose the Tags to Include:
-
All Tags Created
-
Specific Tags (select only the ones you want to see)

Select Categories to Display:
-
Silent Items
-
Live Items
-
Donation Items
-
Quantity Items
-
Combined Totals
-
Tags must be created in advance under Items or Bidders before they appear in this report.
📊 View or Share the Report
Once you’ve chosen your filters:

Click Filter Results to view the report with your selected criteria.

Click Display Chart to open a live chart view in a new browser tab.

The chart updates automatically every 15 seconds with any new data.

Click Create Chart Share Link to generate a link you can send to others.
This live chart is great for donor walls, campaign progress meters, or team competitions in peer-to-peer events.
