🧑‍💼 Who This is For
Nonprofit event staff looking to enhance their auctions with unique, no-risk experiences like vacations, golf, lessons, cruises, and bucket-list adventures—provided through TravelPledge.
đź”— Step 1: Connect Your Account to TravelPledge

From the ClickBid Admin Homepage, scroll to the carousel and click Add Fun Experiences to Your Event (lower right corner).

Follow the prompts to create a TravelPledge account.

Once created, you’ll see a link and a temporary password.

Click the link, copy and paste the password, and reset it after logging in.
Already have a TravelPledge account? Do not create a new one—follow the instructions under "Linking an Existing Account" below.
🌟 Step 2: Choose Auction-Worthy Experiences

Browse and select experiences your donors will love.

TravelPledge’s model ensures you keep at least 40% of the winning bid.

Once selected, click Sync With ClickBid from your TravelPledge Event Dashboard.

Items will sync into ClickBid under Items > Manage Items with a status of “Invisible.”

Set items to “Active” when ready to display them in your auction.
đź’° Step 3: Sell and Deliver the Items

Bidders place bids on TravelPledge items just like any other auction item.

When items close, ClickBid sends the sale data to TravelPledge.

TravelPledge automatically emails an invoice.

Once paid, they will send winning bidders their certificates and redemption instructions.
Make sure bidder records include a valid email address so certificates can be delivered.
Collect payment from winning bidders before paying your TravelPledge invoice.
🔄 Linking an Existing TravelPledge Account
If you’ve used TravelPledge with ClickBid before:

In your ClickBid admin, go to Integrations > Dashboard.

Find the TravelPledge Card and click the green Connect button.

Use the displayed API key in your TravelPledge account to link your accounts.

Can I sell TravelPledge items more than once?
Yes, but it’s not automatic through the integration. Here's a workaround:

Run your auction with each TravelPledge item loaded once.

After the auction, contact 2nd place bidders to see if they’re interested.

Before paying the invoice, disconnect the event from ClickBid in TravelPledge.

Manually enter each winning bidder’s info.

TravelPledge will email each buyer their certificate after payment.
