🧾Custom Questions Report for Tickets, Donations, Donate item, and Bidder Registration
You can view a Custom Questions Report that pulls responses from all areas of your event. This includes ticket pages (ticket purchaser, guests, & add a selection), Bidder Registration, Donation Item, & items donated through the Donate Item form.
This helps you review every custom question response in one place for easier data analysis and export.
⚙️ How to Set It Up
-
Go to Reports > Custom Questions.
-
Select which data sources you want to include in the report.

đź“‹ Data Sources Included
The report gathers responses from these sections of your event setup:
-
Bidder Registrations
-
Donated Item
-
Donations
-
Ticket Page (with name)

If your event includes multiple ticket pages, you’ll see checkboxes next to each one.
You can select individual ticket pages or choose Select All to include them all at once. The report automatically organizes results by data type so you can quickly see where each response came from.
📊 Columns Included in the Report
Each column in the report gives specific details to help you interpret responses easily:
-
First Name: Displays the donor’s full name for donated items (first and last names are combined in this field).
-
Last Name: Left blank for donated items.
-
Item Name: Shows the name of the auction item or ticket (individual, sponsorship, or underwriting).
