➕ Add Additional Ticket Pages for Multiple Events

If your organization purchased an Enhanced or Full Suite license, you can create additional ticket pages to manage and sell tickets for multiple events at once—perfect for annual galas, golf outings, or seasonal campaigns.

 

⚙️ How to Add a New Ticket Page

Follow these steps to create and name an additional ticket page in your ClickBid admin.


➕ Create a New Ticket Page

  1. Click Event Tickets from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Add More Ticket Pages.

  3. Click Create New Ticket Page.

This adds a new, blank ticket page to your navigation bar.

 


✏️ Rename the Ticket Page

  1. Click the name of the new ticket page in the top navigation bar.

    • This opens that page’s specific settings.

  2. Click Ticket Page Settings.

  3. Click on the Form Name field.

    • This is where you enter the ticket page name.

  4. Enter the name you want to display (e.g., "2025 Spring Gala").

Use a clear, descriptive name for each ticket page so you can easily distinguish between events in reports and guest communications.


🗑️ Requesting Removal of A ticket Page  

To request removal:

  • Go to Training/Support > Request Support

  • Contact your Account Manager and specify the name of the ticket page you want removed

Do not create extra ticket pages for sub-events (e.g., a dinner and golf outing on the same day). Instead, use ticket types within one ticket page.
Additional ticket pages are intended for fully separate events.
