🎯 Charity Proud + ClickBid Integration Guide

Charity Proud now integrates seamlessly with ClickBid, making it easier than ever to sync your donor and transaction data between both platforms. This guide walks you through how to activate the integration and use it to streamline your event management process.


 

⚙️ How to Turn On the Integration

  1. Contact your Charity Proud Client Account Manager to request that the ClickBid integration be enabled.

  2. Once enabled, log in to your Charity Proud account.

  3. Navigate to Settings.

  4. Under External Accounts, select ClickBid.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to copy and paste your ClickBid Organization ID and Token into the designated fields in Charity Proud.

  6. Click Save when you’re done.

You can find your ClickBid Organization ID and Token in your ClickBid admin under Software Settings > Integrations.


🔄 Mapping Events Between Platforms

Once the platforms are connected, you can begin syncing data between Charity Proud and ClickBid.

  1. In Charity Proud, go to the Events Module.

  2. Click on the event you'd like to sync.

  3. From the left-side Features Menu, click ClickBid.

  4. Choose the corresponding event from ClickBid to map it to the selected event in Charity Proud.


➡️ Exporting Event Participants to ClickBid

You can easily push registrants from Charity Proud into ClickBid:

  1. After mapping your event, click Export Participants.

  2. Confirm the participant list to be exported.

  3. Click Export to push registrants into ClickBid.

Make sure your Charity Proud event includes valid email addresses for participants — these are required in ClickBid.

 

⬅️ Importing Transactions from ClickBid

To pull auction purchases and paddle raise gifts back into Charity Proud:

  1. In the ClickBid section of your Charity Proud event, click Import Transactions.

  2. Choose whether to create new constituent records or match to existing ones.

  3. Click Import to complete the sync.

Double-check your duplicate matching settings in Charity Proud to avoid creating duplicate constituent records.
