If you’ve included consignment items in your auction, the Consignment Report makes it easy to see how much was earned and what’s owed. This report helps you track your profit and any payouts due to vendors.
📊 How to Access the Consignment Detail Report

Go to the Reports tab in your admin.

Click Consignment Detail.

Click the CSV button at the top of the page to download the report.
The CSV includes:

Item Name and Number
-
Consignment Amount (what you owe the vendor)

Auction Sale (what the item sold for)
-
Net Sale (your profit after paying the vendor)
The Net Sale column shows your fundraising profit from each consignment item after vendor costs.
📈 Quick Overview in the Post Event Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard > Post Event.

Scroll to the Consignment Overview section at the bottom.
This section gives you a fast snapshot of:

Total amount owed to consignment vendors
-
Total profit your organization keeps from those items
Use the Dashboard overview for a high-level summary, and the full Consignment Detail report for item-level tracking.
