ClickBid now supports Apple Pay and Google Pay to make the checkout process even faster and easier for your bidders and donors. These digital wallet options are available during ticket purchases, donations, and auction checkouts on supported mobile devices.

📱 Where Apple Pay and Google Pay Appear

Both Apple Pay and Google Pay options show up only when the user is registering or checking out on a mobile device that supports these wallets.

  • Apple Pay appears on Safari browsers running on Apple devices

  • Google Pay appears when using Google Chrome while signed into a Google account

These payment options will not display on laptops or desktops — even if the browser is Chrome or Safari.

🕒 When These Options Are Available

Users will see Apple Pay or Google Pay as a payment method during:

  • Ticket purchases

  • Making donations

  • Paying for auction items

To see the wallet options:

  1. The user must be using a mobile device

  2. They must have Google Pay or Apple Pay set up on their device

  3. A credit card must be required at checkout

For the best user experience, we recommend requiring a card on file at registration so mobile users can easily complete registration & checkout using their preferred digital wallet.
