🛠️ Add a Meal Selection to Your Tickets
Follow these steps to add a meal selection dropdown for your guests during ticket purchase:

Go to Event Tickets from the main menu.

Click Tickets.

Select Modify Tickets.

Click Add A Selection.

In the Selection Title field, type the name of your meal option (e.g., Chicken, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free).

Click Complete and Go Back to save.
✅ That’s it! Meal selections will now appear for guests on your ticket page for all ticket types.
💡 Tip: You can add multiple meal options by repeating steps 4–6 for each choice.
🔍 What report shows selected meals?
Go to: Event Tickets > Manage Guests
You can view the selection for a guest on this page, as well as update their selection. The guest's meal choice is shown by clicking the report on this page " Download Guests". Column H is specifically for a selection. If a guest has not yet selected a meal choice, you will see it show up as "unspecified".
🔄 How do I change a guest’s meal selection?

Go to Event Tickets > Manage Guests

Find the guest's name.

Scroll to the Selection column.

Click into the field and update the meal choice.

Click outside the box to save.
❌ A guest didn’t select a meal—what now?
You can resend the Guest Update Link to the ticket purchaser:

Go to Event Tickets > View Ticket Sales

Find the Ticket Purchaser’s Name

Click the dropdown arrow on the far right

Select the infinity/chain link icon 🔗
💡 Tip: Make sure Guest Update Links are enabled in:
Event Tickets > Ticket Page Settings > General Settings > "Send Guest Update Link with Ticket Purchase?"
Set this to Yes ✅
🔃 Rearranging Tickets and Selections
You can change the display order of your tickets and selections:

Right-click and hold the line item.

Drag and drop to rearrange within the same section (e.g., tickets, sponsorships, selections).
⚠️ Warning:
Once a selection has been chosen, do not change its name.
This can:

Break reporting accuracy

Prevent guest links from working correctly
