Your Landing Page is the first thing your bidders see! Customizing it helps showcase your event details, branding, and contact info so guests know exactly what to expect. Follow these simple steps to make your landing page clear, professional, and easy to navigate.
⚙️ How to Access Landing Page Settings

Go to Software Settings in your ClickBid admin.

Click Landing Page Content.

Select Page Settings.
Your Landing Page controls the look and feel of your event’s main web page. This is where bidders will register, log in, and see event details.
🖼️ Customizing Images and Branding

Scroll to Navigation to adjust any necessary settings for your menu or links.

Add images to customize the top of your landing page.

Adjust the Logo Placement Style to choose where your logo appears.

Add text that floats over your banner image to welcome bidders or highlight important info.
Use high-quality images and concise text for the best bidder experience.
📧 Setting Up Contact Email

Choose which email should receive questions from the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page.

To change the email address for these questions:

Go to Software Settings.

Click Event Settings.
-
Select Event Support Contact and enter the new email.

Bidders will be able to click on a Contact Us form at the bottom of your landing page to send questions directly.
🌐 Adding Social Media Links

Enter your social media links in the designated fields to display them at the bottom of your landing page.
Adding social links can boost engagement and make it easy for guests to connect with your organization.
🔐 Managing the Login/Register Area

Click Login/Register Area in the Landing Page settings.

To open your auction early:

Choose Yes in the Open Auction Early dropdown.

If Open Auction Early is set to Yes, your auction will be live even if the start date/time hasn’t arrived yet. To prevent early bidding, make sure this setting is set to No.

Add any customization text you want to appear next to the registration and login fields.
➕ Adding Extra Tabs to Your Landing Page

Select any sections A–D to add additional tabs at the top of your landing page.

Enter the content you want to display in each tab.
Use extra tabs to share things like FAQs, sponsorship info, or event schedules.

Review all changes in the preview before saving.

Make sure your branding, contact info, and auction settings are correct.
