Need to clean up your item list? You can delete auction items in bulk using ClickBid’s Batch Update tool. This helps you quickly remove old or test items before your event goes live.
⚙️ Deleting Items via Batch Update

Go to Items > Manage Items in your admin menu.

Check the box next to each item you want to delete, or the master checkbox at the very top to select all items.

Scroll down to the Batch Update section just below the list of items.

Check the box labeled Delete.

In the text box, type delete (all lowercase).

Click Update to permanently remove the selected items.
Deleting items is permanent. Be sure you no longer need the items before confirming the deletion.

You can delete multiple items at once—just check all the boxes.

You can’t delete items individually through the item editor—Batch Update is required.

If you’re unsure, consider renaming the item or hiding it from bidding instead of deleting.
Want to remove an item from the event/auction without deleting it? Just change the status of the item to invisible in the item’s settings.
