💵 How to Mark a Check as Paid and Enable Check Payments in ClickBid for Ticket Sales
Accepting checks for event tickets? This guide shows you how to both mark a check as paid and enable check payments for your ticketing page in ClickBid.
📝 Part 1: Marking a Check as Paid
When someone selects "Pay by Check," the ticket appears as unpaid until you manually mark it as received.
Follow these steps:

Go to Event Tickets from the admin menu.

Click View All Ticket Sales.

Find the ticket and click the pencil icon to the left of the entry.

Check the box next to Paid? under Additional Features to mark the check as received.
✅ Once the page refreshes, the ticket type will update from Check-Unpaid to Check-Paid.
🏦 Part 2: Allowing Guests to Pay by Check
Want guests to see "Pay by Check" as a payment option on your ticket page? Here's how to turn it on:

Go to Event Tickets > Ticket Page Settings

Click on Payment Types

Under the Check option, select Yes
🧾 Guests will now see Check as a payment option during checkout.
