You can create:

  • Tickets (individual, couple, family, etc.)

  • Sponsorships (with custom packages)

  • Underwriting opportunities

  • Selections (for meals or preferences)

Key Ticket Options:

  • Price – Set the cost per ticket

  • Ticket Title – Max 26 characters

  • Tickets Per Purchase – Ideal for couple or family bundles

  • Quantity Available – Set limit on ticket count

  • Ticket Details – Describe perks or inclusions

  • Selections – Add choices like Vegetarian, Chicken, Beef

      • Software Settings > Event Settings > Event Support Contact

      • and Ticket Page Settings > General Settings

  • Show Fair Market Value on Receipts? – Toggle visibility on purchaser receipts

  • Footer Contact – Contact info at bottom of page

  • Payment Types – Enable/disable options (credit, check, cash)

  • Additional Features – Social media buttons, custom field labels

You can add multiple ticket pages for different groups (e.g., sponsors vs. general attendees).

To Create a New Ticket Page:

  1. Click Create New Ticket Page

    • Event Tickets > [Your New Page] > Ticket Page Settings > Form Name

All purchasers and their guest data appear here. To allow bidding:

Convert Guests to Bidders:

  1. Select guests

  2. Scroll down to Batch Update

  3. Choose Make Bidder

You can filter by Bid # Assigned to check who’s ready to bid.
