🔗 NeonCRM Integration Primer Via BidKit

Integrating NeonCRM with ClickBid using BidKit allows you to import contacts as bidders, sync sales data, and simplify event check-ins. This guide will walk you through connecting your NeonCRM account and using its features before, during, and after your event.


⚙️ Connecting NeonCRM to ClickBid via BidKit

  1. Go to https://bidk.it and click Login in the top-right corner.B 1

  2. Enter your ClickBid account credentials and click Login.

  3. From the left navigation, go to Settings > Integrations.B 2

  4. Find the NeonCRM section (bottom left).B 3

  5. Enter your NeonCRM Organization ID and API Key.

  6. Click Update NeonCRM Configuration to save and connect.

Your Organization ID and API Key let BidKit securely link with your NeonCRM account.


➕ Importing NeonCRM Contacts as Bidders

Once connected, you can import NeonCRM contacts into ClickBid.

  1. Go to NeonCRM Settings > Import Bidders.

  2. Use the search bar to find specific contacts.

  3. Check the box next to any contact(s) you want to import.

  4. Click the Import Contact button at the top right.

    • Or, click the blue pancake icon next to a single record to import it individually.

After importing, that record becomes unselectable and the pancake icon disappears.

Import only contacts that have a valid email and/or phone number. Without that info, you won’t be able to send Mass Messages or check them in easily.


✅ Real-Time Contact Lookup During Check-In

With ClickBid Butler, your event volunteers can check in guests and search your NeonCRM account in real-time.

  1. Enter part of a guest’s last name in the Bidder Lookup box.

  2. Click Lookup to view matches.

  • The top results are current ClickBid bidders.

  • The bottom results are NeonCRM contacts.

Click a NeonCRM contact to instantly import and check them in.

If you skipped importing some contacts earlier, this feature lets you quickly capture missing info (like phone/email) at the door.

 

  1. After selecting a contact, enter or confirm their phone/email, then complete check-in.

  2. The bidder will receive a welcome text and can begin bidding immediately.


💸 Exporting Sales to NeonCRM

After your event wraps up, export sales back into NeonCRM from BidKit.

  1. Log into your BidKit account.

  2. Go to NeonCRM Settings > Export Sales.

  3. View your list of processed ClickBid sales.

    • We’ll attempt to auto-match sales with existing NeonCRM contacts.

    • You can also search by last name if a match isn’t found automatically.

  4. Select one or more sales using the checkbox or click the pancake icon for single exports.

  5. Choose a Campaign to assign these sales.

  6. Click Export Sales.

You can only export completed (paid) sales to NeonCRM. Be sure to process all payments through ClickBid first.

 

The exported sales will appear as donation records in your NeonCRM Action Log in the order received.
