Allow Bidder Registration

  • Let new users create accounts from the event’s landing page

  • Recommended for open/public registration events

📲 Enable Text to Register

  • Allows new users to create an account by texting a toll-free number

  • Great for simplifying signups during live events or on printed materials


📍 Allow Mobile Check-In

  • Enables guests to check themselves in before the event

  • Asks: “How are you attending our event?”

  • Options: In Person or Online/Remote

🏠 Require Address

  • Prompts new users to enter their mailing address

  • Useful if you're shipping items or need donor info for follow-up


💳 Require Credit Card Information

  • Requires users to add a credit card during registration or login

  • Helps ensure faster checkout and fewer unpaid items

⚠️ Warning: This may deter some users from registering—use it only if necessary for your auction model.


🔢 Starting Bidder Number

  • Sets the first number in your automated bidder number sequence

  • Ideal for assigning remote bidders a unique range (e.g., 1000+)

💡 Tip: Use different number ranges to differentiate remote vs. in-person attendees in reporting.


✉️ Customize Welcome Email

  • Lets you personalize the email sent after registration

  • You can add event details, a warm welcome, and helpful links
