⚠️ Note: Admin users cannot change the main event dates manually—these must be updated by our support team.
🕒 How to Change the Auction Start Time
To adjust when your bidding site opens automatically:

Go to Software Settings

Click Auction Settings
-
Select General Event Details
-
Find the Event Start Time field
📌 Info: This setting controls when bidding becomes available to participants on the site.
⌛ How to Change Item Closing Times
To adjust when your items close and winners are selected:

Go to Items → Manage Items

Check the box to select all items (or choose specific ones)

Scroll to the bottom and click Batch Update

In the dropdown, choose Closing Time

Enter your desired new closing date and time

Click Update Items
📌 Info: The closing time determines when bidding ends and the system automatically chooses the winning bidder.
