Once you're familiar with the platform, schedule a 1-hour onboarding session with your Account Manager. This session is designed to:

  • Review your event goals

  • Answer questions

  • Explore setup options tailored to your event

To prepare:

  1. Share a few preferred dates and times

  2. Be ready to explain your event needs

  3. Write down questions

  4. Let us know what areas you'd like to focus on
