How To Use the RSVP Ticket Page

This article explains how to use ClickBid’s RSVP Ticket Page to manually enter ticket sales for guests paying by cash, check, or receiving discounted/complimentary tickets. It walks through how to process these offline sales, mark them as paid, and send receipts. You'll also learn how to re-enter or update a sale, including swapping placeholder emails after the event. This feature ensures accurate ticket tracking for guests who don’t use your public ticket page.

👥 What is the RSVP Ticket Page?

The RSVP Ticket Page allows you to enter ticket purchases on the admin side—perfect for completing purchases for guests who:

  • Paid via cash or check

  • Received a discount or complimentary tickets

  • Did not use the public ticket page

For example, if a guest mails in a check or receives free tickets, you can manually enter their sale through this page. This ensures the sale is logged properly, receipts are sent, and your records stay accurate.

Use the RSVP page to handle last-minute or offline payments without impacting your public ticket page settings.
