Legacy: 🏆 Highlighting Sponsors on Your ClickBid Site

Recognizing your sponsors is a key part of your fundraising event. With ClickBid’s legacy sponsor tools, you can showcase sponsor logos on the bidding site, landing page, Appeal Display, leaderboard, and even within your Terms & Conditions.

.🖥️ Displaying Sponsor Logos on the Bidding Site

1. Navigate to:
   Software Settings ➡️ Sponsors

   

2. Upload your sponsor logo images

3. Sign in as a bidder to preview

🧾 Adding Sponsors to the Landing Page (via Shortcode)

1. Go to:
   Software Settings > Landing Page Content

2. Click into a section: A, B, C, or D

3. Click the Shortcode icon in the editor toolbar and select:
   Show Sponsor Images

   

🖼️ Displaying Individual Sponsor Images (Without Shortcodes)

1. Navigate to:
   Software Settings > Landing Page Content > Section A–D

2. Click the Image icon in the toolbar and upload logos from your computer

   

3. Save and preview the Landing Page to confirm placement.

🎯 Adding Sponsors to the Appeal Display

1. Go to:
   Items > Manage Items and click Add Item

   

2. Name the item, set Item Type to Donation, mark it Active, and set a future closing time

   

3. Click Projected Display Settings
   (Set this item to appear in your appeal thermometer)

4. Choose an animation theme and enter a goal amount

5. Set "Show Sponsors" to yes
   
   

    6. Save the item, then re-open and click Projected Display Settings again

    7. Click “Appeal Display Share Link”

• Use this link to share with your AV team for live display at your event

📺 Highlight Sponsors on the Leaderboard

You can showcase sponsor logos using the Leaderboard by assigning them as Live Items in a "Sponsors" category.

1. Go to:
   Event Central > Leaderboard

2. In the Looping Filter, select the “Sponsors” category

   • You can display one or multiple sponsor items at once

   

3. Ensure “Show Picture?” is turned ON

   • This displays your sponsor logo as the item image

   • Optionally, hide or show the description

4. Click Launch Leaderboard

5. The leaderboard will display sponsor logos rotating — either as their own items or in the top right corner

📄 Add Sponsors to Terms & Conditions

You can also add sponsor images to the Terms & Conditions popup shown when bidders log in.

1. Go to:
   Software Settings > Auction Settings > Custom Content > Terms

   

2. Click the Image icon in the content toolbar

3. Upload or insert your sponsor logos into the Terms section
