If you're using ClickBid's Legacy version, this guide walks you through how guests log into their bidder account to start bidding or donating. It’s a quick and secure process that works from your event’s Landing Page.
🌐 Accessing the Landing Page

Go to your organization’s Landing Page in a web browser.

In the Welcome! section, enter a phone number or email address.

Click GO.
📝 Registering New Bidders
If the phone or email entered doesn’t match an existing bidder record, the user will be directed to the Registration Page to complete their profile.
🔑 Entering the Login Code

After submitting their contact information, the bidder will receive a login code via text or email.

On the next screen, enter the code.

Click Next.
- Click Continue to be redirected to the bidding site.
✅ Start Bidding or Donating
Once logged in, the guest will be taken directly to the bidding site, where they can begin placing bids or making donations.
