📊What “Submitted for Settlement” Means in ClickBid

📊 Understanding “Submitted for Settlement” in the Merchant Report

When viewing your Merchant Report, you may notice that some transactions are marked as Submitted for Settlement. This status is part of the normal payment process and helps you track when funds are officially processed by the bank.

🔍 What “Submitted for Settlement” Means

In the Status column of your Merchant Report, you’ll typically see one of two statuses:

  • Submitted for Settlement

  • Settled

Submitted for Settlement means the transaction has been authorized and is in the process of being finalized by the bank. Some banks take longer than others to complete this step.

ℹ️Info: Settled means the transaction has fully cleared through the bank and is officially complete.

đź’¸ Will This Delay My Payout?

No. The Submitted for Settlement status does not prevent you from:

  • Receiving your payout

  • Requesting a payment from ClickBid

Funds are still being processed behind the scenes and will be released on schedule based on your payout settings.

💡Tip: It’s normal for transactions to remain in the Submitted for Settlement status for a day or two depending on your bank.

đźš« Can I Issue a Refund?

You’ll need to wait until the transaction shows Settled before processing a refund.

⚠️ Warning: Attempting to refund a transaction that hasn't settled yet will not go through. Check back once the status updates to Settled.
