Where Is My Archived Data?
Need to find data from an event that happened before January 10, 2023? If your event took place before ClickBid's multiple events release, you can still access those details through the Connect to Archives feature.
⚙️ How to Access Archived Event Data
Follow these steps to locate and retrieve your older event data:

Go to your Admin Dashboard and locate your oldest event card.

Use the Event Status filter to select Show All Events, then click Filter Events.

On your oldest event card, click Go To Event Admin.

In the left-hand menu, go to Software Settings > Connect to Archives.

Click Switch Archive.

In the dropdown menu, select the archived event you want to view.

Use the tabs on the left side of the page to find the specific data you’re looking for.

To save the data, go to the CSV tab and download the information you need.

Archived data is read-only: You can view and download it, but you can’t make changes.

Archived access is only available for events prior to January 10, 2023.
The Connect to Archives feature only applies to events created before ClickBid's multiple events system launched. Newer events are managed separately within your current admin.
