🌐 How to Embed Your ClickBid Donation Form on a WordPress Page

Want to collect donations directly on your WordPress site? With just a few steps, you can embed your ClickBid iFrame donation form into a WordPress page to give your donors a seamless giving experience.


🧰 What You’ll Need

  • Access to your ClickBid Admin account

  • Access to your WordPress site admin dashboard

💡 Tip (HubSpot callout): Create a dedicated “Donate” or “Give Now” page in WordPress to help supporters find your donation form easily.


🧾 Step-by-Step Instructions

🔗 Step 1: Copy the Embed Code from ClickBid

  1. In your ClickBid admin, navigate to Donations/Text-to-Give > Settings. 

  2. Click Copy Embed Code.

⚠️ Info: A return URL improves the donor experience by confirming their transaction was successful and can be used for tracking purposes.


🌍 Step 2: Open Your WordPress Site

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

  2. Hover over Pages in the left-hand menu and click Add New Page.


🧱 Step 3: Add a Custom HTML Block

  1. Click the + icon to add a new content block.

  2. Type "HTML" in the search bar to filter the block options.

  3. Select the Custom HTML element.

  4. In the Write HTML… field, paste your iFrame code using.

 


👁️ Step 4: Preview Your Donation Form

  1. Click Preview in the top right corner.

  2. Then click the preview icon.

  3. Select Preview in new tab to open a live sample.

  4. Review how your form appears and make any content or layout adjustments.
