Looking to run a Text-to-Give or Online Donation campaign for Giving Tuesday, year-end giving, or any special occasion? You can repurpose your Landing Page as a dedicated donation hub — no auction required.

🧭 Step-by-Step: Configure Settings for Donation-Only Campaign

1. Go to:
   Software Settings ➡️ Auction Settings

   

2. Click on: Bidder Settings

   

3. Change Allow Bidder Registration to No

4. Change Enable Text to Register to No

🖼️ Customize the Landing Page Content

1. Navigate to:
   Software Settings ➡️ Landing Page Content ➡️ Page Settings 

   

2. Change Show Auction Preview to No
   (Skip this if you're not hosting an auction.)

3. Set Show Donate to Yes ✅
   (Enables a “Donate” link in the navigation bar.)

4. Enter a custom Donate Menu Title
   (e.g., “Give Now” or “Support Our Cause”)

   

5. Add your Background and Logo to personalize the page

🚫 Disable Bidder Login Elements

1. Software Settings ➡️ Landing Page Content ➡️ Login/Register Area

2. Change Open Auction Early? to No

3. Set Vertical Location On Page to Hide

   

📈 Add an Appeal Display for Live Donations

1. Click into: Section A of the Landing Page

   

2. Scroll to the content editor and open the Landing Page Shortcodes dropdown

3. Select Appeal Display

   

4. Replace the placeholder in the shortcode with your Donation Item Number

🔍 Preview & Launch Your Donation Page

1. Go to:
   Event Central > Landing Page to preview the setup

2. Find the Donate link in your navigation bar

   

3. To add an extra Donate button, go to:
   Landing Page Content > Page Settings > Buttons and Backgrounds

   

4. Once ready, publish your landing page

5. 🎉 Watch as your donations roll in!
