🖼️ Embedding Your Appeal Display on the Landing Page

Want to spotlight your Fund-A-Need progress right on your event landing page? Embedding your Appeal Display keeps donors engaged by showing live updates like donation totals and names in a customizable layout.


⚙️ Set Up the Appeal Display Settings

Before embedding your display, first choose what you want it to show:

  1. Go to Items > Manage Items.

  2. Click into your Donation item.

  3. Select Projected Display Settings.

  4. Choose display options like:

    • Donation Goal

    • Donor Names

    • Sponsor Logos

    • Buffer for outside donations

    • Animation Theme

Use clean, high-resolution background images and test on both desktop and mobile to ensure text is readable.


➕ Add the Display to Your Landing Page

Now you’re ready to embed it in a content block:

  1. Go to Software Settings > Landing Page Builder.

  2. Click Add Content Block wherever you'd like to create a new section.

  3. From the Add Content Block dropdown, make sure Appeal Display is selected.

  4. Give your section a Title and Header. 

    Both are required, but the title can be hidden. The title given will display as a hyperlink in your Landing Page menu.

  5. On the next screen, adjust the settings: 

    • Toggle Visibility to Yes/No

    • Choose whether to show/hide the title

    • Pick a background color

    • Set alignment (centered, left, etc.)

    • Select the Donation item to connect your Appeal Display


✅ Preview and Make Changes

After saving, preview your page to check layout and design:

  • Preview your landing page to see how it looks.

  • Return to Landing Page Builder or the Donation Item settings to tweak as needed
