      Organization Account

      Navigate to the Organization Account page by signing into your admin organization and click Account at the top left of the page.

      The Account Tab is broken into 4 to 5 sections. 

      1) Organization Contact

      2) Tax Information

      3) Address

      4) Upgrade options (If any are available)

      5) Receipts/Invoices

       

      You will only see this information if you have have full access to the organization. 

      Upgrade Options
      This section allows you to purchase additional features for your admin. 

      • Essentials: Comes with the full license, unlimited events and Online Donations.
      • Enhanced: Comes with every feature from the Essentials license plus the Mass Messaging and Ticket Page options.
      • Full Suite: Comes with every feature from the Essentials and Enhanced Licenses plus Dedicated Customer Advisor and EventStream

      What each feature includes:

      • Dedicated Customer Advisor: Additional help with an expert advisor. Personalized and prioritized support from a professional to help assist you to set up your event. This add-on is for purchase per event. 
      • Mass Messaging: Send customized emails and text messages to your bidders and registered guests through the admin. This feature allows you to send messages to specific filtered individuals and allows you to communicate with the attendees of your event. This add-on is for purchase one time and is available throughout the year of your license. 
      • Online Ticket Sales: Sell tickets online and create your virtual ticket page. When tickets are sold, your sales data is instantly available on your admin and you can easily transition your guests to bidders in the admin. You can assign tables, keep a headcount and let your purchasers pick meals. This add-on is for purchase one time and is available throughout the year of your license. 
      • Enhanced Giving Page: Your 'virtual venue' or landing page comes default with a license purchase. However, purchasing the enhanced giving page will allow your organization extra space on the page to highlight specific sections and parts of your event. Having the enhanced giving pages allows you to have extra customization on your landing page. This add-on is for purchase one time and is available throughout the year of your license.
      • EventStream: This feature allows you to live stream a video onto the bidding site. You can share a whole experience with your bidders completely virtually through a screen. The EventStream add-on allows you to have a virtual live auction and paddle raise. This add-on is for purchase one time and is available throughout the year of your license. 
      • Receipts / Invoices: This section allows you to view any past receipts and invoices. Clicking on the paper icon allows you to preview the receipt or invoice to print. Clicking on the email icon will send the invoice or receipt to the email on file for the admin.
