Add and Remove a Credit Card
Different ways to add a credit card
- Make credit cards required to log into the bid site under Software Settings > Landing page content > Login/Register Area
- A volunteer can add a card through the butler during check-in
- The bidder can add a credit card on the bid site
** Credit cards will be automatically removed after 180 days for security purposes
How to remove a credit card
- The only way to remove a credit card is through the admin under Bidders > Manage bidders. You will see a tag that reads "Has cc" with an X next to it. By clicking on the X the card will be removed from the bidder's account. Keep in mind our merchant does not save the credit card information. Once it is removed in the admin, it is removed from our merchant.
