Bidder Receipts

Will my bidders receive a receipt upon payment?

• Yes, as long as they have an email on file under Bidders > Manage Bidders.
• Customize your receipt footer under Software Settings > Auction Settings > Custom Content.
• The contact information found under Software Settings > Account Settings > Contact Info will show up at the bottom of your bidder's receipts.

How do I resend a receipt?

There are several ways to resend a receipt:

• Go to Bidders > Manage Bidders and to the right of your bidder's name will be a tag that says "prt stmt" and "email stmt" 

• Go to the Butler, look up the bidder, click on paid items and click on the little envelope that pops up.
