Can Individuals Donate Without a Bidder Number?

Yes. There are two ways a person can donate without a bidder number. Both of these options will ask how much the person would like to donate and then ask them to enter their credit card information for payment. These donations will show under the Online Donations tab in the admin.

1. Our Text-to-Give feature.  The Donor would text your "keyword" found by clicking the Home button on the admin under "Important Links" to the number 56651 (855-800-4975 if in Canada).  Once your donor texts this number, they are presented with a link to complete this donation. You can customize this page under Donations/Text-To-Give > Settings. From here you can add preset denominations and update your background to customize this donation page a little more. You can track the incoming donations under the "Online Donations" tab in your admin. You can also see the incomplete donations and resend them a text reminder by clicking on the resend text button to the far right of their name.

2. You can add a donate button on your Landing Page. Go to  Software Settings > Landing Page Content > Page Settings, Scroll down to "Show Donate" > yes. You can give out the link to your landing page found by clicking on the Home button on the top of your admin under "Important Links". Anyone without a bidder number can donate there. You can track the incoming donations under the "Online Donations" tab in your admin. You can also see the incomplete donations and resend them a text reminder by clicking on the resend text button to the far right of their name.
