Chat Bidders Feature

The Chat Bidders feature is available only when you purchase Mass Messaging. It is a great feature when using EventStream, allowing bidders to mingle virtually or ask questions during the event

Turn on your Chat feature by going to Bidders > Chat Bidders

• Bidders will see a "Chat" button pop up on their bidding screen

How do I remove chats?

• Go to Bidders > Chat Bidders and type the credentials listed at the top of this page in the login that pops up, pressing the X next to chats. 
  

You now can reply to/like specific chats, add emojis, and post pictures!
