Readiness

Make sure you're ready for your Event! This page will show you:

• If your auction is open 
• If you have low starting and raise amounts for your items
• Bidder info: Can bidders register themselves, Require Address, Require Credit Card, Allow Checkout from Phone
• Important dates which include: Timezone, Current Time, Auction Start date and time, Auction event closing, On-call Support date, If your auction is open early
• Payment Details: Your credit card processor, If you have a credit card fee set
• A quick view of your items closing times, you usually want one Date and Time set for your closing times
• The different status' you have set for your items: Active, Closed, or Invisible
• Item Types: Silent, Live, Donation, Quantity, Blind, Credit, Info

In Event

Great to look at during your Event!

• Totals: shows each item type and how much they are making
• Unbid items by Type
• Event Official Clock
• Text-to-Give/Online Donations: Shows a Total Donated amount, Incomplete means someone started a donation but did not complete the purchase, Donations (complete/incomplete), Complete
• Bidder Quick View: how many registered bidders, how many have bids, percentage of bidders who have phone numbers, email addresses, credit cards, tables assigned, and are checked-in
• Winning bidders with Credit Cards on File
• Bids by Item type
• Items with Bids
• Items sold with Buy Now

Post-Event

Great way to get a quick view of how your Event did!

• Item Quick View: Shows every item by Type with no bids
• Consignment Overview: Auction Total, Consignments Sold Total, Net Auction Total
• Bidder Quick View: Shows Total winners, Total Winners with CC, Total Winners without CC, Total Winners Checked Out, Total Winners not Checked Out
