Event Sales Report

The Event Sales Report is the most comprehensive report for all auction items, online donations, and ticket sales within your event. For silent items, this report will become available when items have closed and a winning bidder is chosen. When clicking the “CSV” button, an excel spreadsheet will download with all of the information shown on the event sales screen and more.

WHAT'S INCLUDED? This report will contain any items from your Manage Items Screen, as well as Ticket Sales and Text to Give Donation Sales.

You can select what sales you would like to see by choosing one or any combination of the following:

• Auction Sales
• Online Donations
• Ticket Sales by Ticket Page

You will be able to sort this report by:

• Do Not Sort
• Email
• Last Name
• Last/First Name

CONSIGNMENT NOTE: This report does not take consignment prices into consideration. If you are looking for a report for consignment amounts, please go to Reports > Consignment Detail.

Information Included Within Report: (inapplicable information will be left blank on the report.)

There are two different report tables:

Report table filtered by 'Do not group,' shows the following categories.  Item #, Item Name, Item Type, Category/Company (Category is from Manage Items and Company is from View Ticket Sales), Market Value, Bidder Number, First Name, Last Name, # of Bids/Qty, Won By, Purchase Time, Closing Time, Time Created, Amount, Tax, Admin Fee, Status, % of FMV.  Downloading the CSV of this table will also show further information not listed in this report table.  

Report table filtered by any of the options ‘Email, Last Name, or Last/First Name’ filters shows the following categories.  First Name, Last Name, Email, # of Bids/Qty, Winning Bid, Tax, Admin fee. Downloading the CSV of this table will also show further information not listed in this report table.
