Choosing a Raffle Winner

Once your raffle sales are closed, go to Items > Manage Items > Your Raffle Ticket Item > click on the green "has bids' tag. This will bring up your quantity item purchase history.

Click on the blue 'Download Qty Purchases' button.

Once downloaded, open your spreadsheet.
Each person who bought a raffle ticket will have a number to the left of their name, and will be displayed the correct amount of times for each ticket they purchased. (Ex: purchased 1, display 1 time; purchased 2, display 2 times)
Use a random number generator (linked below) and enter the top and bottom numbers on the spreadsheet (or the total number of names displayed.) For example, if you were using the table shown below, you would enter numbers 1 through 11 into the random number generator.

The random number chosen is the winner of your raffle!

If you have multiple raffle items, you will need to repeat this process using the different quantity item & 'has bids' tag and downloading the Qty Purchases spreadsheet and finding the winner.

If you have mass messaging you can notify your winners that way. If not, you can list the winners on your landing page, do live announcements on your eventstream live auction, etc.
