How to Enter Multiple Winners for a Silent Item?

To sell a silent item several times, go to Items > Manage Items. Find the specific item you would like to have multiple winners on. Toggle the box next to this item and scroll to the bottom of the page to duplicate the item. Once the item has been duplicated, change the Item Type to Live.

A live item type will allow you to enter more than one winner for the item without having to duplicate the item several times.

To view who the next highest bidder was after the auction closes, click on the green 'has bids' tag. Here you will see the bidding history with the bidder's names and bid amounts

Go to Event Central > Butler > Add A Live Bid/Multi-Sale/Silent Bid. Enter the bidder name or number > Enter the item name or number > Enter an amount > Add Bid.

Once you have added this bid to the bidder's cart, they will be able all set to checkout for this item!
