QR Code Check-In
QR code check-in is a new feature release located within our Butler tool. This feature will allow you to check your guests in with a QR code that is added to their ticket purchase receipt.
How to Enable QR Codes on Ticket Receipts-
1) Go to Event Tickets > Ticket Page Settings > Additional Features.
2) Change "Show QR Code?" to YES.

If a QR code needs to be resent to the purchaser/their guests, a new shortcode has been added within the Mass Messaging feature. **This shortcode will ONLY work with the filters Ticket Purchasers, Ticketed Guests, and Ticketed Guests with No Bidder Number**
Using the QR Code at Check-In
1) Have your guest present the QR code provided for them via receipt, email, or text.
2) On the Butler Homepage, click on the QR Code Scan button.
3) On your device, you may be asked to allow camera access. Once you allow access, the camera will open and the QR code can be scanned.
4) Once the scan is successful, you will be brought to the bidder's profile search result and are able to check them in.
