Renewal Information

Step 1: Account Tab. Under the Organization page of ClickBid, click on the Account tab. 

You do need specific User Organization Permissions in order to renew. 

Step 2: Renew or Upgrade? Under License Options, select the type of purchase you are attempting, a renewal or upgrade. 

Step 3: Select License Type. Select a Renewal License.

Step 4: Lock License Price. Select an option for how long you would like to lock this license price for. (1 year or 3) 

Step 5: Payment Information.

a) Credit Card Payment 

  • Under Payment Information, click the box 'I'd like to pay by credit card'.
  • You can choose to pay with an existing card on file or update new card information.

b) Invoice / Check Payment

  • To generate an invoice, click the 'Create an Invoice'
  • An invoice will be generated, sent to the email address on file for the Organization Contact Info, and found under the Receipts/Invoices tab on the Account page. 

Step 6: Confirm

Click the blue 'Purchase' button to confirm the payment/invoice request.

  • The license/upgrade purchase will be complete. 
  • An invoice/receipt will be generated and emailed to the email address on file. It can also be found under the Receipts/Invoices tab on the Account page.
