Salesforce Error Message
Salesforce Error Message
When uploading ticket sales into Salesforce, you may recieve this message:"We can't save this record because the “Opportunity Acknowledgement” process failed".
The reason you are receiving this error is that your Salesforce account is blocking the transmission of our "opportunity". To resolve this error, you will need to reach out to your Salesforce representative and request a temporary suspension of the workflow while sales are being uploaded. This will allow the opportunities to pass through and be properly saved in your account. The setting that is causing this issue is one that you have configured in your Salesforce account.
