Sample Virtual Event Agenda

Below is a sample agenda for a virtual event:

Our auction evening starts in 60 minutes! See the schedule below for all the details, and note, we still have Digital Caricature spots open!!

• 5:00pm-9:00pm CST: Social Zoom (Passcode: C4C2021)

  • Mingle with your friends, family, and colleagues in 50 breakout rooms before, during, and after the auction! If you don't have the newest version of Zoom downloaded , make sure you do that so that you can move between breakout rooms freely!

• 5:00-7:00 pm CST: Digital Caricature Artist - FREE - by sign up only! (Rooms 1 and 2 of Social Zoom)

  • We still have time slots available to have your portrait drawn by our digital caricature artists. Save your spot by signing up on this spreadsheet! 

• 5:30-6:30 pm CST: Ali Sultan - Comedian performance - FREE (Room 3 of Social Zoom)

  • Join us for an hour of laughter!

• 7:00-8:00 pm CST: Virtual Auction Presentation

  • Our virtual auction presentation will pop up on your screen as long as you are on your bidding page [u] or the home page at 7:00 pm CST tonight! You will still be able to bid during the presentation, and in fact, we will be encouraging you to do so! We have some exciting guest speakers, a fantastic auctioneer, and a giveaway - an hour you won't want to miss!
